Two registrations for the conference; additional conference registrations may be purchased

To reserve a booth, please review the current booth availability on the floor plan below. The gray squares are the available booth spaces. Then complete the booth reservation form below. Our Trade show coordinator, Lisa Cover (firstname.lastname@example.org) will contact you to confirm the space, and will send a contract and invoice.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include credit cards or payment by check. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
Cancellation requests must be received by MD Expo by Friday, February 1, 2019. If cancellation is received on or prior to Friday, February 1, 2019, a refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee will be made. No refunds will be made for contracts cancelled after Friday, February 1, 2019.
